Billie Dollins is Market President for Community Trust Bank in the Frankfort / Georgetown / Versailles areas.

Billie Dollins has over 37 years’ experience in the banking industry. Specifically, in the areas of Wealth Management, Consumer Lending, Corporate Trust, Retail Banking and in her current role as Market President. She now oversees the Frankfort/Georgetown/Versailles markets. While directing this effort, Dollins is responsible for growth in loans, deposits, revenue and net income for the markets.

Prior to Community Trust Bank, Dollins served as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking at National City Bank. Overseeing 11 branch offices, Dollins led her team to the #1 district ranking (out of 114 districts) in the entire corporation from January, 2008 to July, 2008 with a final ranking of #3 on December 31, 2008. Rankings were measured on loan and deposit growth, total revenue, net income, cross-sell and number of accounts opened. Dollins received the National City Leadership Award in 2007, 2008 and 2009. In 2006, 2007 and 2008, Dollins was nominated by her peers and awarded the National City Excel Award (NC’s highest honor) where she was recognized by the CEO at the annual banquet in Cleveland, Ohio.

From 1992 to 2005, Dollins served as a Personal Trust Officer, Assistant Vice President & Banking Center Manager and finally the Vice President & Regional Manager of 21 branch banking offices in the Central Kentucky market.

Dollins is a native of Danville, Kentucky. She is a 1994 graduate of the Mid-West Trust School, Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. In 2013, she received her Executive Leadership Certification from the Wharton School of Business and is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, both at the University of Pennsylvania. Billie is a 2007 graduate of Leadership Kentucky, 1997 graduate of Leadership Lexington and 1998 graduate of Kentucky Women’s Leadership Network. Billie was most recently nominated for and recognized in The Lane Report in their “Women Worthy of Note” article.

Billie is a very active community volunteer. Currently, she serves on the boards of Women Leading Kentucky and was recently selected to serve as Chair for the 2018 American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women annual luncheon. Previously, she has held board seats with the Lexington Humane Society, Living Arts & Science Center, Susan G. Komen for the Cure (served as Board President) Courthouse Area Design Review Board for the City of Lexington (Mayoral appointment), American Cancer Society, Operation Read, REACH, Inc., Lexington Dream Factory, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, National Conference for Community Justice (NCCJ), United Way, LexArts and Commerce Lexington.
